News Limited reports Cameron had rejected an offer from the Giants to sign a long-term deal when his contract expired in 2015.
But Cameron, 21, took to the club’s website to say he was “loving my time up here at the Giants” and had no intentions to leave.
“I really enjoy the boys, the coaching staff and everyone that’s involved with the club,” he said.
“It’s something that we’re growing and I’ve seen grow over the last three years and I’m really enjoying it.”
The Giants have lost their past two matches to Richmond and West Coast by a combined 224 points and take on Hawthorn on Sunday.
Cameron has played 45 matches since debuting in 2012, kicking 109 goals.
