Damian Syred’s Circus Royale will next week make Warrnambool home for five days of shows under the big top.

Mr Syred is the youngest circus owner in Australia and his show features all the traditional fun from fairyfloss to clowns.

Crowd favourites include aerial acts, contortion artists, fast-paced jugglers and performances by ponies, dogs, cows and camels.

Mr Syred, the ringmaster of the show, said this year’s performance was completely different to previous shows.

“It’s been about six or seven years since our last visit,” he said.

“It’s completely different with all new acts.”

Circus shows begin on Tuesday, May 20 and run until Sunday, May 25. Tickets are on sale at the Warrnambool Showgrounds each day from 10am.
