GEELONG VFL vice-captain Jack Hollmer ensured his first game with Port Fairy would be memorable after he kicked five goals in the Seagulls' 20-point win over South Warrnambool.

Hollmer kicked three goals in the opening quarter of the round five Hampden league match at Port Fairy's Gardens Oval, in a match-winning start.
The Seagulls led by 23 points at quarter-time and while they got the margin out to 37 points at one stage in the third term, South Warrnambool kept plugging away but couldn't it back under three goals. The Seagulls won 13.14 (92) to 10.12 (72).
Hollmer's Geelong team mate Matt Sully, who started in the centre square as a midfielder before going forward, was moved on to his mate at the start of the second term.
The pair were regularly talking and laughing as they stood opposed to each other for the final three quarters with Sully quietening Hollmer's output, despite still being prominent.
The win was the Seagulls' second in the first five rounds of competition - almost what they achieved for the entire 2013 season (two wins and a draw). They sit just one win away from third spot on the ladder.
Terang Mortlake is in a similar position to the Seagulls (two wins and three losses) after it came from behind to score a 10-point win over Hamilton Kangaroos at Mortlake's D.C Farran Oval.
The Kangaroos led by 19 points at quarter time but Terang Mortlake chipped away at the deficit, starting the last term two points behind.
Key forward Chris Bant was the hero for the injury-ravaged Bloods, kicking seven goals - more than half his team's total.
An inaccurate Warrnambool maintained its unbeaten start to the season with a 22-point win over Cobden at Cobden Recreation Reserve.
The Blues had 37 scoring shots to Cobden's 23 but only got away late in the game as the Bombers threatened to do what no side had been able to do so far.
Skipper Jason Rowan kicked six goals for the Blues.
In other games, Koroit star Sam Dobson kicked seven goals as the Saints consolidated second position on the ladder with a 25-point win over North Warrnambool Eagles.
Portland rebounded after last week's shock loss to South Warrnambool with the biggest win of the day - a 61-point win over Camperdown at Portland's Hanlon Park.
