The annual Grampians Grape Escape will also feature ambassador Rachel Berger, a Melbourne-based comedian and actor, hosting cooking demonstrations, presentations and tastings.
The state government has kicked in $50,000 to help promote the festival to visitors, which attracted more than 9000 people last year.
More than 100 exhibitors will be on hand to support a program of wine and beer tastings, gourmet food stalls, local musicians and artists and wine making and appreciation seminars.
The May 3-4 festival offers the opportunity to meet the signature winemakers from 40 Grampians, Henty and Pyrenees wineries.
