Two applications have been lodged with the council including a 14-lot subdivision at Dwarroon Road and an application to subdivide two existing lots into 11 at Hallowells Road.
Both matters are likely to go before council to decide on in April.
In a statement, Moyne Shire said several objections had come forward to the plans.
“Mediation between the parties is currently being facilitated before putting forward a recommendation to councillors through the call-in process,” a council spokesman said.
