Organiser Port Fairy police Sergeant Mick Wolfe (pictured) said the picturesque course would host the four-player ambrose event.
He said an 11am barbecue would precede the noon shotgun start.
The entry fee of $40 includes golf and the barbecue lunch and dinner.
“There’s a perpetual trophy for the winning team and a range of awards, prizes, auctions and raffles throughout the day and night,” Sergeant Wolfe said.
“Transport is available from the course to Warrnambool and Port Fairy with both ladies and gents welcome. The event always fills so teams need to book and make payment to ensure their place in the field.
“We’ve run the charity event for more than 20 years and it’s always been a great day and fund-raiser for the Port Fairy community.”
