Detective Senior Constable Mick Palmer, of the Colac police crime investigation unit, said officers executed a search warrant yesterday morning at a Wynne Street home.
Police allegedly located a quantity of cannabis, crystal methamphetamine and cash.
A 27-year-old man was arrested, interviewed and charged.
He appeared in the Geelong Magistrates Court yesterday afternoon and was bailed to reappear in court on March 11.
He has been charged with trafficking and possessing cannabis and ice and possessing the proceeds of crime.
