The young opener posted 71 yesterday to help his side defeat Hamilton by 50 runs at Coughlin Park and take its record to 2-0, plus a bye.
The knock followed his 66 against Warrnambool Blue on Tuesday and has made him the key wicket for opposition sides.
South West reached 8-174 batting first, with Josh Hickey the other main contributor with 35.
Hamilton was cruising at 1-45 but lost wickets at regular intervals thereafter to fall for 124 in 38 overs.
Lachie took 4-31 and Louis Cain grabbed 3-13 but Josh was arguably the most impressive, finishing with 1-8 from nine overs into the breeze.
Warrnambool Blue is out of the finals frame but scored its first win of the tournament against Horsham at City Oval yesterday.
Horsham made 134 batting first, with Callum Dunn leading the Warrnambool Blue attack with 3-14.
Joe McKinnon, 2-19, and Blake Evans, 2-11, also got in on the act.
Warrnambool Blue made 5-164 in reply, comfortably reaching the target four wickets down.
Openers Matt Dennis, 39, and Sam Younghusband, 26, put on 63 for the first wicket to lay the foundation of the successful run chase.
