Keating, 27, finished tied for 38th at one-under 359 after the 90-hole tournament at the LPGA International at Daytona Beach, Florida.
The result earned her category 17 membership of the LPGA, which grants her entry into a limited number of tournaments based on entry numbers.
Keating, who also has a full Ladies European Tour card, can also play on the Symetra Tour — the development tour of the LPGA.
