Field days chairman Tony Rea said the event was off to a great start with perfect weather and a lot of people through the gate.
"There's certainly a great crowd here and the exhibitors are very happy from what I can judge so far," he said.
"Exhibitors love showing new equipment to farmers and whoever else is interested in it.
"There's just so much new innovation and equipment.
"People love looking at it because it makes life easier on the land when things get better."
He said feedback had been extremely positive so far as exhibitors complimented the event's organisation.
"They've said it's been so good compared to a lot of other field days they go to, so they're very happy.
"Our committee and helpers have done a wonderful job."
He said highlights included world champion sand sculptor Dennis Massoud and the daily vintage vehicle procession around the field days site.
