I would like to send out a heartfelt thanks to the gentleman I came across at a service station outside Melbourne on January 25.

I was going to a nursing home in Bannockburn and my GPS stopped working.
I asked a gentleman could he please assist me with directions.
Not only did he give me directions, he kindly offered to drive to my destination, with me and my three children following behind.
He said it was no trouble at all and he could go that way to Warrnambool.
I thanked him and was very grateful for his kindness. It made me believe that chivalry is still around and very much alive.
