Alberts took 7-62 on day one of the Warrnambool and District Cricket Association match.
Allansford was restricted to 169, with Matt Brophy leading the way with 56. East Warrnambool was 2-37 at stumps.
In other games, Merrivale made 9-208 against West Warrnambool.
Tiger Will Chapples top scored with 63 and team mate Simon Fleming added an unbeaten 40.
West Warrnambool’s Simon Johnson claimed 4-28.

The Factory restricted the Beavers to 74 and declared at 8-87 in reply.
Glenn Hannah (4-18) and Brett Eldridge (3-14) did the damage for Nestles with the ball. Eldridge then contributed 40 as the Factory grabbed first innings points.
The Beavers are 0-14 in their second innings with Nestles chasing an outright win.
Russells Creek is 1-10 chasing Nirranda’s 166 after the weekend’s action.
James Dalton’s 67 was the Knights’ most productive bat.
Woodford made 9-247 against Port Fairy on Saturday.
