Paul Gale, 44, of Grassmere Road, appeared in Warrnambool Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
He told the court he would plead guilty to threatening to inflict serious injury, aggravated burglary and two charges of stalking.
He was bailed on the conditions that he continue to report to police and not contact any prosecution witnesses.
He will appear in the Warrnambool County Court on April 8.
