Your new company
Our client is a specialist disability support service located in Ayr, south of Townsville, offering years of knowledge and care in meeting the needs of people living with disability. This organisation supports children, adults and elderly persons with a lived physical disability or mental illness, along with the parents/ carers and families.

Your new role

As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for and manage the day to day service delivery operations and compliance of the organisation as part of the Senior Management Team and in accordance with State and Federal legislation, funding agreement requirements and acceptable business practices. You will manage and coordinate staff, resources and activities across a range of operational functions to facilitate the delivery of services and programs in accordance with vision, goals and objectives of the organisation’s strategic business plan. You will work closely with the CEO and Senior Management Team regarding the strategic management, development and evaluation of support services delivered, including assessing and delivering future growth opportunities for the organisation. You will participate as an active and effective member of the Centre Team to provide flexible, positive experiences for Service Users and their family/guardian/carer through the delivery of a range of support services directly and indirectly.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in obtaining an interview for this position, you will have the following experience, qualifications and skillset;

  • Will have experience in and a background working with NDIS and Allied Health frameworks
  • Experience managing staff
  • Experience with clinical rostering
  • Be residential/ local to Ayr/ Home Hill (or willing to relocate)
  • Tertiary Qualifications are desirable but not necessary
