Your new company
Working for a highly successful and well known fun global brand with circa 150 employees across Australia and New Zealand. Working at the Corporate Head Office in Sydney CBD whilst being part of a wider APAC regional network.

Your new role
Working closely with the senior leaders, you will take on a Senior HR Advisor role supporting a white collar and creative workforce in all HR advice and activities.

• You will advise and partner with all levels of employees on ER and award interpretation
• Employee engagement
• Performance management coaching
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Wellbeing and reward & recognition
• HR policy and process advice
• Talent management queries
• Payroll and leave queries
• Advising on WHS and RTW
• HR reporting and HRIS system management
• Helping with HR project delivery across culture, engagement and talent

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior HR Advisor or HR Advisor who has worked in a fast paced more complex business, be that global or multinational. You will enjoy working as part of a team, working closely with business leaders and employees. You must have experience in as a true HR generalist including ER and coaching experience, and exposure to project delivery. You will also ideally be immediately available as this role is to start asap but they can of course accommodate a four week notice period.
