Working for as high successful and well known Australian retail brand with large scale retail network across Australia and New Zealand with over 3000 employees. Working at the Corporate Head Office in Sydney. 12 month HR advisor contract to start asap.
Your new role
Working closely with the senior leaders, you will take on a long term 12 month contract role supporting a large retail workforce across all states and territories, in all HR advice and activities.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Senior HR HR advisor or HR advisor who has worked in a larger more complex business, fast paced with multiple sites. You will enjoy working in office and being part of a team, working closely with business leaders and stores. You will ideally come from a Retail, Hospitality, Manufacturing or other larger multi site organisations. You will love working in the office and enjoy being part of a team. Experienced working in Retail, Hospitality across multiple sites, FMCG and other consumer focused brands would be of great interest. You will also ideally be immediately available as this role is to start asap.
