Senior Finance Manager

Your new company

Our client is a rapidly growing ASX listed Tech business, operating in 5 countries who currently have a vacancy for a Senior Finance Manager to be based in Sydney, CBD.

Your new role

Reporting into the CFO, this is a newly created strategic finance position which will be accountable for some commercial functions that are currently outsourced. Specifically, your duties will entail:

• Payroll processing for geographically dispersed staff (Australia, Singapore, UK).
• Preparation and submission of the annual R&D Tax Incentive claim for the group business.
• Preparation and submission of the half-year (4D) and full-year ASX reporting for the group business.
• Manage and work with a strong international finance team who are competent and performing well.

What you'll need to succeed

• CA/ CPA qualified accountant with significant post qualification experience
• Understanding the requirements of annual submission for R&D claims to the ATO
• Experience in preparation of all reporting documentation required by the ASX and ASIC
• Multi-company and multi-currency exposure
• Listed company experience
• Software/IT contract exposure
• Experience using Odoo/Microsoft Dynamics/Hub spot is an advantage
