We are a busy, professional office committed to providing SA's best value homes and have a passion for providing our clients with outstanding customer service. We are seeking a like-minded individual who is eager to join our professional team and are dedicated to the values of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Sales Associate to progress their career in a company proud of its culture and working environment. This newly created role would suit a high calibre individual with excellent people skills and a pragmatic "can-do" approach.

Key responsibilities of this challenging and rewarding role include:-

• Greet and assist visitors on weekends in display homes
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Lead generation and handling prospective buyer enquiries
• Sales administration and database management
• The preparation of new home listings for release to market
• Contract administration

The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under minimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

This full-time role would suit someone who has the flexibility to work weekends and three days a week from the office.
