This banking corporation, based in Sydney CBD, is one of Australia's biggest financial services providers. They include retail, institutional banking, premium, business, superannuation and insurance.

Your new role
As a Resource Manager you will work with the different Talent Partners to ensure that each of the 28 scrum teams within a portfolio of tech and software engineers has sufficient and suitable workforce to complete the projects assigned to them

Responsibilities:

• End to end Recruitment, working with a portfolio of Engineers and Software Engineers.
• Work with management to ensure the timely understanding of current and future workforce needs, evaluating and providing advice on these needs.
• Supervise the scrum teams’ performance and assess on workforce needs to ensure that their targets are met.
• Support the software engineering teams in Bangalore, India.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need a solid recruitment background from a fast-paced environment and a gift for building relationships and managing stakeholders. You will need a minimum 3 years’ resource management and/or talent acquisition in the portfolios of IT, Tech or Software Engineering. You will be highly organised and will have the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting deadlines. You will also need a sense of urgency, a problem solving mindset and an enthusiastic, can-do, attitude - whilst maintaining attention to detail.

What you'll get in return

• $650-700 per day + Super
• Flexibility (working from the office in Sydney on Mondays and Tuesdays and WHF the rest of the week)
• Working hours: Monday- Friday. Standard business hours. Need flexibility when working with teams off-shore
