Your new role
In your role as a Recruitment Consultant you will deliver against the sourcing requirements of our clients, utilising proactive sourcing strategies and effective talent pool management, to fulfil our purpose of being a lifelong partner to candidates and clients. Working to strong KPI's will ultimately be the recipe to your own individual success.

Recruiting in the defence sector, you will support in the strategic growth across Air, Sea and Space projects within Western Australia. You will play an integral part of the broader national defence team and will be working with a large number of national and international defence organisations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Highly motivated and sales driven

• Experienced in a customer service or sales role, working to KPI's
• Driven towards achieving results in an environment full of healthy competition

• Confident to establish new relationships
• Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office software and systems
• Available for full time working hours - Monday to Friday
