You will work with the People Solutions Leaders, and global Centres of Excellence to position the People Solution Business Partner role as a valued strategic contributor to client accounts by consistently providing high level, expert strategic, tactical, and operational advice, support, and coaching that delivers clear business benefits and outcomes.  The role is based in Robina, Gold Coast.

• You are a HR Advisor who is ready to take the next step in your career to become a Business Partner.
• Establish and maintain key client relationships to be their trusted advisor
• Proactive management of attrition, absenteeism, ER/IR case management.
• Champion employee engagement, culture, onboarding, and retention.
• Provide coaching and advisory to leaders to build their knowledge and skills.
• Proactively analyse and report on key metrics and monitor trends.
• Identify, forecast, and influence decision against monthly dashboards.
