Maintenance Fitter

We are on the look out for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our national industry-leading client in a full-time permanent capacity.

Our client is an industry leader in the agricultural sector, providing animal feed solutions to a wide market.

What will you be doing?

• Maintaining all operating equipment in the condition to deliver full design duty
• Ensuring plant and equipment run properly when it is required for operation, correcting plant equipment and machines when design duty cannot be achieved and returning them to design specification
• Conducting preventative maintenance, modification and repairs on all general plant and equipment to enable efficient and safe operation

What do you need?

• Qualified Fitter and Turner
• Industry experience working with manufacturing and maintenance teams
• Current drivers and forklift licence
• Sound knowledge of OH&S and Environmental policies and legislation
• Effective communication skills
• Sound computer skills
