About Our Client

Our client is has a strong market representation in the Trailer and Fleet sector who are currently experiencing a significant period of growth and a candidate to immediately join the sales team. A well-structured training and development will be provided as this is a larger company there is no expectation for the candidate to sell immediately. The candidate will be given 6-12 months to learn the business and its operations from the ground up. This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking candidate to join large-scale organisation to develop their career. Located in Cranbourne.

Job Description

Business Development

• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure it's strong presence
• Prepares and completes quarterly action plans
• Set and meet projected budgets

Client relationships/Account Management

• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Contributes sales information to Leadership Team
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions

Internal Relationships

• Work with Production and Engineering teams to engage audiences and clients more deeply
• Possess deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Customer Service

• Implements productivity changes to affect smooth customer relations
• Response to the customer spare parts/warranty/after-sale support inquiry over the phone or email

The Successful Applicant

Our client is looking for a sales professional with ability to join the team, ideally some sales background. They are looking for a candidate with a high attention to detail and who is pro-active within the workplace. The ability to pick up and learn new systems, product and service. You will need to be able to demonstrate the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced exciting environment. A candidate who is logical and mechanical thinking and can show excellent initiative when problem solving would be great attribute to have for this role.
