About this position

This position will see you providing assistance to our HR Business Partners and playing a crucial role in supporting HR operations for Whitehaven Coal.

Your key duties will involve:

• Interpreting policies and procedures and providing advice
• Generating reports, letters and other documents
• Assisting business partners and liaising with key stakeholders
• Acting as the day to day contact for HR

• Willing to relocate to Gunnedah, NSW 
• Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
• Willingness and ability to travel to site on occasional basis or when required
• Highly developed interpersonal skills and commercial acumen
