TRYP by Wyndham, a new Adelaide hotel which promises to be one of the city’s hippest new spots to stay, is assembling its pre-opening team as it gears up for a launch later this year.
TRYP by Wyndham Pulteney Street Adelaide will offer business and leisure travelers one-part experience and one-part destination with contemporary, unique lodging options in some of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities, including Madrid and Barcelona; Paris; Lisbon; Frankfurt and Berlin; Buenos Aires; Sao Paulo and New York City. The brand’s “Own the City” culture, openly displays passion for guests and for the cities in which TRYP by Wyndham properties operate.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We have a unique opportunity for a dynamic and innovative General Manager to lead TRYP by Wyndham located in the city of Adelaide. This is no ordinary General Manager’s job. We need a leader who has their finger on the pulse of the city and the fast pace of Gen X and Y urban culture. This leader will not only have the personality to reflect the unique and vibrant feel of TRYP, but one that will have the drive to build the hotel from the ground up and deliver exceptional opening and then transition in creating the TRYP culture, of service with all the personal touches our hotel guests deserve.
The qualified candidate must have a strong proven track record in hotel management, food and beverage operation and have experience in delivering innovative customer service strategies. The ability to recruit, train and continually develop a team, whilst maintaining a strong focus on the hotel’s financial performance are critical to the role.
This is not a role for an ordinary Hotel General Manager because this is not an ordinary hotel! We are looking for the “personality” not just the experience, if you have a back ground in Hotel Management, Executive Assistant Manager and most of importantly the Gen X / Y personality then we are looking for you!
