Full job description

Protech Group are a National Recruitment Specialist with a strong emphasis on providing quality personnel to various clients & contractors across the Building & Civil Infrastructure sector.

Protech are actively recruiting for an experienced Finance & Office Administrator to commence with our client in a temporary to permanent capacity. The position will be based at their Adelaide Terrace offices with stunning views of the Swan River and the South Perth foreshore.

Role will include but is not limited to:

  • Major project cost tracking and project forecast day to day management
  • Docket entry
  • Accommodation bookings and associated invoice reconciliations including maintaining a register/tracker
  • Training Fund claim form submissions into government database, and reconciliation of funds received
  • Subcontractor database compliance checks
  • General administrative support to operational team
  • Meeting attendance & minutes

Your Skills / Capabilities

  • MS Excel - Intermediate
  • MS Word - Intermediate
  • Financial background and understand of basic project account concepts - Advantageous
  • Exceptional attention to detail is required as the funding submissions must be accurate
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Data entry - Accurate and with speed
  • Strong in math's, must be able to identify errors and do checks and not wholly reliant on the computer.
  • Ability to identify issues using their own initiative, ask questions, speak up.
  • Ability to learn new systems fast
  • Experience with SAP and or Ariba highly advantageous in relation to other potential tasks, but by no means a requirement

This role would ideally suit someone with a finance background, and office experience.
