Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic data entry/administration professional to join a national manufacturing organisation and learn some valuable skills with future opportunities available to advance within the company.

Based in Bridgewater, Victoria - My client is a leading manufacturing company with a national presence with a healthy appetite for progression and growth.

Seeking a like-minded individual with a bright attitude who is not afraid to take on new challenges, work well in a team environment and be a supportive role to the daily duties of data entry and administrative duties.

You will be responsible for providing administrative support and contributing to the general efficient operations of the office, you must be a number focused professional.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Liaise and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Compose and edit documents, file, and email enquiries.
  • Stock taking and reporting
  • Cycle counting
  • Office administration
  • Resolve routine and complex problems in a thorough and timely manner.

Skills and experience

As the successful candidate, you will possess the following key attributes:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with previous experience in a receptionist/ customer service or data entry role
  • Experience in working with databases/CRM, websites and Microsoft Office applications. Proficient in excel is desirable
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a strict deadline
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of administrative procedures.
  • Be motivated and able to use initiative to work with minimal supervision.

This is a Monday to Friday officed based position with offices based in Bridgewater on Loddon, Victoria.
