Job Description

• Executing an effective, integrated customer education program to ensure business growth with uptake via face to face and digital channels ensuring strong customer engagement, leads, new packages, cross sells and referrals.

• Partnering and working closely with the Client Success Managers to ensure an employee education program is agreed and being actioned to deliver on the agreed client strategy and outcomes

• Building a strong rapport and relationship with client contacts to enable maximum exposure to employees

• Delivering organic growth by increasing participation in the clients' salary packaging program and the number of products and services per client

• Supporting the implementation and on boarding of new clients and their employees

• Managing and resolving key customer issues as well as championing continuous improvements in the client and customer journeys, services products and controls

• Using client and customer insights, contributing to client and education plans for best practice education strategies and the design of educational content across face to face and digital channels

• Building and sharing segment knowledge across the client segment to ensure understanding and achievement of client plans

The Successful Applicant

• B2C education and customer engagement experience

• Experience working in a face-to-face customer education, sales, or client services role.

• Demonstrated understanding of salary packaging and novated leasing

• Customer Focus and Effective relationship building

• Stakeholder Management (internally and external)

• Demonstrated resilience, optimism and Change Agility

• Achievement orientation, exemplary written, verbal communication and strong presentation skills

• Ability to work autonomously

• Holding a driving license and having access to a car essential
