Country Manager

Your new company

This European engineering business has a number of electronic based products. Their technology leads the market and they have plans to grow their exposure across the Australasian region. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Sales Manager to head up their Australian/New Zealand business, managing a small team and growing business Nationally.

Your new role

As your new role as Country Manager across ANZ, you will manage existing accounts while targeting new business. You will target a variety of clientele, consisting of Consultants, Distributors, Building Managers and OEM's. You will target new projects, managing a team of 4 in the process. You will also oversee the introduction of new leading edge products into the market, strengthening the brand and presence of this organisation in Australia.

What you'll need to succeed

• B2B Sales experience with a track record of success
• Previous exposure to Electronic or Electrical equipment desirable
• Industrial sales background
• Tertiary Qualification would be highly regarded
• Management experience desirable, also open to someone looking to progress into a managerial position
• Hunter, strong Business Development skills
• Natural networker
