About The Role
- Full time permanent, live on island positions; shifts on a rotating roster
- Create outstanding plates of food, delivering a unique and special experience
- Various roles available working breakfast, lunch, dinner, tasting menus and large event catering
- Be mentored by industry professionals to develop your career
About You
- Must have successfully completed Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Energetic with a genuine passion for food
- A team player with a positive attitude
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation
Please note: Please note: Commis, Demi and CDP chefs salaries have been changed to reflect 76 hour fortnight. Overtime is paid as 1.5 for first 2 hours and 2x for any hours after that.
