About the Role
Reporting into the Clinical Services Manager and supported by the team of multi-disciplinary health professionals, this full time Clinical Lead role is responsible for ensuring quality care is continued to be delivered to every consumer and to ensure Life Care is accreditation-ready every day. You will inspire a customer service centric culture where Life Care consumers and families receive a service experience above their expectations.
As the key conduit to your delegated team you will inspire through ongoing strength-based performance monitoring and feedback, ensuring compliance and ongoing development of team members.
The role will be required to provide direct assistance to the Clinical Services Manager and provide specialist clinical expertise to ensure our residents are equipped with the support and encouragement to Live Every Day. This will also include:
To be considered for the Clinical Lead position within Parkrose Village you will be an experienced clinician with the evidenced capacity to effectively operate at a comparable level and work collaboratively within a team of multi-disciplinary health professionals.
Ideally, you will be able to express empathy and consideration and evidence the innate ability to develop positive working relationships and build rapport with a range of stakeholders including residents, families, staff members and other medical professionals.
You will also have knowledge and experience in working within regulatory and legislative practice parameters in relation to nursing practice and have a developed understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards, in order to meet the clinical compliance requirements of the role.
