Calibration Engineer/Technician

Our client specialise in the sales and rental of mining and manufacturing equipment but also the upkeep of customised hardware, software solutions and vibration systems. Your new role

As the Calibration Engineering you will responsible for the operation of the calibration laboratory which will incorporate the calibration of instruments, scheduling, quoting, liaising with stakeholders, receipting and issuing goods, technical support , instrument maintenance and repair and the issuing and overhaul of rental equipment whilst being part of a small close knitted team.

What you'll need to succeed

• Previous exposure to environmental monitoring systems
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Preceding experience with the testing and repair of electronic instruments - Focus on acoustic instruments favourable
• Strong computer proficiency - SAP exposure advantageous
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
  Problem Solver attribute
• Capability to create new technical and administrative procedures and associated documentation
• Demonstrate organisation and time management skills
• Superb attention to detail
• Can-do attitude!
• Outstanding written English
• Good Knowledge of NATA accreditation beneficial
