Fashion Manager - Warrnambool

This National retailer is on the lookout for a strong, experienced and KPI driven Store Manager to join their store in Warrnambool! We are looking for someone who is a natural people person and communicator who can coach and inspire the team to achieve. You will be exceptional at sales, creating an amazing work environment and LOVE premium accessories, handbags and luggage!

As the Store Manger you will be accountable for every aspect of the day to day running's of the business, especially motivating and driving your team. Previous retail management experience is essential, and your resume will demonstrate a history of success in the industry.

Skills Required

Strong Sales and Retail Store Management Experience with a team of 5+
Have a proven sales record working with KPI's and budgets
Understanding of wage control and rosters
Be across stock management and shrinkage control
Love selling and creating memorable customer experiences
Have a passion for high-end accessories, handbags and luggage
Bright and vibrant personality
