I was offered a real estate career in 1989 coming out of a customer service/sales background in newspaper and radio. I worked till 1999 in Real Estate then left to raise my 2 boys full time. These certainly where tough times with New Zealand Mortgage rates getting as high as 27%. It was a time where selling/Sales Skills and maintaining relationships was the key and you had to draw on your vast customer service skills and people skills to just survive. Nowadays in my local market the common complaint is getting an agent to call them back. Moving to Australia in 2007 was an exciting time with my main aim to continue focusing on my Golf being on a +2.7 handicap at the rip young age of 42. I commenced Realestate in Australia in 2010 because the agents seemed lazy and have found it a completely new challenge in this modern era with people skills being a major absence in today's market and as the market toughens we are spending more time in front of our clients so customer service backed with great results is an imperative combination in establishing a Real Estate career. I love the day to day challenges of Real Estate and am just as passionate about Real Estate as i am about Golf, understanding that it's not about me getting paid but providing my clients with a quality service that goes beyond one's expectations and delivering an awesome result for my clients whilst providing the best marketing material at a fair commission rate. I have saved some of my clients 50% in the process and Sold for more than the previous agents asking price. WIN WIN

Since obtaining my Real Estate License in Victoria I have won numerous awards in Southwest Victoria for sales and will continue to strive to be the best in my market and clients will always come 1st.
