The Rebels’ run, which involved about 50 riders, culminated with a social gathering at the club’s Warrnambool shed in Silverton Park.
The ride started at Pirron Yallock, went through Camperdown to Mortlake before finishing at Warrnambool.
The police operation involved Warrnambool district police, including highway patrol officers from Warrnambool and Hamilton.
Police officers also performed a walk through at the shed during the evening, but it is understood there were no arrests and no charges.
Warrnambool Rebels chapter officials Shane Simpson and Darren Esk were yesterday unable to be contacted for comment.
It is understood that high-ranking Rebels state officials were in attendance for the run. Police last week revealed that they had had no contact with the Warrnambool chapter of the Rebels during the past three years.
Previously three high-ranking Warrnambool chapter officials, including former Warrnambool chapter president Terry Hannah, made regular appearances in Warrnambool courts.
The police operation follows the announcement last week by police that more than 330 bikies had been arrested since February in a national operation.
Australia’s state and federal police agencies joined forces to shut down the Rebels outlaw motorcycle gang.
Under the banner of the serious organised crime co-ordination committee, law enforcement agencies announced they had made a dent in the trade and membership of Australia’s largest outlaw motorcycle gang.
