A CAMPERDOWN man, 35, was arrested and charged with burglary yesterday as part of an ongoing investigation into a shooting in the town last week.

Detective Senior Constable Jeremy Allen said Warrnambool crime investigation unit detectives, in co-ordination with Camperdown and Cobden uniform officers, executed search warrants at five Camperdown district properties yesterday.
A man was arrested and charged with one count of burglary in relation to a break-in at a Cobden pharmacy last week. He was bailed to appear in Warrnambool Magistrates Court next Tuesday.
Two women were also arrested and are expected to be charged with possessing drugs.
Detective Senior Constable Allen said the raids were part of an ongoing investigation into a shooting in Camperdown last week.
The male victim of the shooting is still recovering in a Geelong hospital from a gunshot wound to his hand.
