KOROIT police have called for witnesses to a near-crash yesterday morning near the town's pre-school centre.
Senior Constable Craig Tobias said the incident happened about 8.55am on High Street when one vehicle made an overtaking manouevre which forced an oncoming vehicle to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
"Anyone who saw a white station wagon which had to take evasive action is asked to contact the Koroit police station on 5565 8202," he said.
