KOROIT police have called for witnesses to a near-crash this morning near the town's pre-school centre.
Senior Constable Craig Tobias said the reported incident happened about 8.55am in High Street when one vehicle made an overtaking manouevre which caused an oncoming vehicle to take evasive action.
"Anyone who saw a white station wagon which had to take evasive action is asked to contact the Koroit police station on 5565 8202," he said.
