WARRNAMBOOL and District Cricket Association (WDCA) is seeking expressions of interest from potential board members.
Positions vacant include chairman, director of finance, coaching and development and general director.
The vacancies come after the departure of Robert Haberfield, Neil Nelson and Keith Ellerton.
WDCA general manager Andrew Sloane has invited those interested to contact the association before the annual general meeting on June 4.
