There was plenty of rivalry on and off the court at the Super Saturday blockbuster in Terang as teams from the Hampden and Warrnambool and District leagues fought it out.
Young cousins Shelby O’Sullivan (left) and India O’Connor showed their true colours on the sidelines of the netball court.
Shelby’s mum Stacey O’Sullivan took to the court for victorious Koroit while her sister, India’s mum Jess O’Connor, played for Terang Mortlake.
A crowd equivalent to that of a final turned out at the Terang Recreation Reserve to witness Terang Mortlake score an upset win over Koroit in Hampden football.
It was the Bloods’ first win and the Saints’ first loss for the season.
Panmure enhanced its status as premiership favourite by winning its Warrnambool and District league game against Kolora-Noorat, with the Bulldogs also victorious on the netball court.
