South-west road safety adviser Senior Sergeant Tania Barbary said the two manned road closures were at the Cobden-Warrnambool Road intersection with Maddens Bridge Road and at Joe Blakes Road, north of Glenfyne Road.
Senior Sergeant Barbary said there were full road closures at the two remaining traffic management points.
"Only emergency and essential services vehicles working in that fire zone will be permitted," she said.
"For further information refer to the VicRoads website. There have been some changes, some roads have reopened and we expect further changes," she said.
Senior Sergeant Barbary said that for example the Cobden-Warrnambool to Ayresford Road was now open.
Local council signage will be in place at previous traffic management points.
