The couple have made the trip around the block for the last 30 years, timing their run to get the best seats to see as many acts as they can.
Eric, 87, and Dorothy, 89, love what the festival brings to their town.
"We find a good place, usually in stage three, and stay there for the day," Mr Bishop said.
"We really enjoy hearing someone new who we haven't heard before."
Mr Bishop is well acquainted with the festival arena, thanks to his role as a member of the festival construction crew.
His job is to man the gates during construction.
