Ella, Amelia, Nate and Jack were among 60 sick kids who ripped through hundreds of show bags filled with toys and sweets during a sneak peak ahead of the Sydney Royal Easter Show.

The four friends joined other children suffering from a range of illnesses including liver or kidney disease, bone cancer, cystic fibrosis or renal failure.
They were chosen by Sydney hospital staff as being those kids most in need of a treat.
There was no clear favourite show bag chosen by the ill children from Randwick and Westmead Children's Hospitals and Manly's Royal Far West hospital when they visited Sydney Showgrounds on Wednesday.
Nate Ireland's favourite bag was the Justice League showbag but the best part of his day was meeting his new friends Ella, Amelia and Jack - and having his face painted to look like a tiger.
Nate's father, Mark, says his eight-year-old son has been in and out of hospital ever since he had a liver transplant aged just seven months.
"He spends time in hospital often for check-ups to make sure the liver is not being rejected by his body," Mr Ireland told AAP.
Nate's fun-loving eight-year-old friend, Ella Wolthers, uses a wheelchair after being born with spina bifida and on Wednesday she got stuck into the fake slime and free chocolates.
"Because it (fake slime) is gooey and it feels like guts!" Ella told AAP.
That was a sentiment shared by Jack Parker, nine, who was diagnosed with Crohn's disease five years ago. He said he'll share his slime and Nerf showbags with his little brother.
"I feel good today," Jack told AAP.
Shy seven-year-old Amelia says the slime is fun but she adored the Barbie, Beauty, and Cadbury chocolates almost as much as the Australis make-up show bags.
The 368 show bags will be on sale at the Sydney Royal Easter Show when the event opens to the public on March 23. The show runs until April 4.
