Mr Cho captured this glowing shot of the Flagstaff Hill lighthouse at 7.10am.
The photographer meticulously plans to ensure he gets the conditions needed to achieve a perfect shot, and he said he had been patiently waiting for the sun to rise in this location to get this photo.
Mr Cho said he was lucky clear skies allowed him to get the photo.
The sunny skies that have graced Warrnambool through the week are set to come to an end, with the possibility of showers forecast for Friday and through the weekend.
Friday is set for a top of 26, Saturday a top of 29 and Sunday is likely to peak at 21.
