Family: The Warrnambool Showgrounds are hosting the region’s first Splash'N'Bounce from Friday to Sunday. The 55 metre, fully-mobile, inflatable waterpark includes waterslides and family-friendly activities from 4pm Friday, 10am Saturday and Sunday.
Wunta: Warrnambool’s Liebig Street will be filled with live music from local performers, food stalls and wine from 6pm.
SATURDAY
Wunta: Warrnambool Botanic Gardens will be the home of Wunta’s Jazz in the Gardens event. Food stalls will join wine and cider tastings, picnic rugs and live music from 12 noon to 5.30pm.
Tri: The Warrnambool Tri Club are hosting a Foreshore Triathlon at the Breakwater precinct including a 500m swim, 18km bike ride and 5km run. Kids events at 1pm, all abilities at 2:30pm and open event at 4pm.
Collectables: The South West Bottle and Collectables Club are hosting a two-day event in the Wannon rooms at the Warrnambool Showgrounds from 9.30am to 5pm Saturday and 9am to 2.30pm Sunday.
Bikes: The Jayco Herald Sun Tour will depart from Merri Street, Warrnambool at 10am for the 198 km ride to Ballarat.
Parkrun: Warrnambool Parkrun will begin at Lake Pertobe from 7am.
Terang: Terang will host its Market Day on the avenue from 9am to 1pm.
Wunta: Movies under the Stars are screening the Lego Batman Movie at Lake Pertobe from 6.30pm.
Stories: The Warrnambool Library are presenting a pirate-themed Family Storytime for 3 to 6 year olds from 1pm.
SUNDAY
Markets: The Fresh Market is on again at Lake Pertobe from 9am to 1pm.
Skate: Warrnambool’s Skate Park will be the venue for a Vic League Skate competition on Sunday with scooter events from 11am, BMX at 12:30pm and Skate from 1:30pm.
Wunta: Sunday’s Festivities include a Day at the Lake. Food stalls, wine, markets, comedy and live music will fill Lake Pertobe from 11am to 5pm with the Fiesta car raffle drawn at 4pm.
