Reigning South West District Football Netball League best and fairest Tom Lambevski has joined his brother, Michael, at the Warrnambool and District powerhouse.
Collegians’ links with the Albury region – which last season began with recruit Bodie Hibberson – have also landed former Wahgunyah forward Alex Wallis.
It comes after the December signing of former Collingwood and Port Melbourne star Sam Dwyer, who will return to play alongside his brother Josh at the Davidson Oval club.
Warriors mentor Josh Reichman revealed he’d retained the bulk of his list.
“We won’t have Jimmy Crawford because he’s moved to Melbourne, but other than that, we’ve kept the main chunk of the list together,” the third-year playing coach said.

“It was important for us to do that. We make a priority of seeing where everyone is at before the end of each season because that enables us to target specific recruits.
“It’s never about replacing, it’s just about adding to the depth and strength of the team as a whole.”
Reichman, a midfielder-forward, said top-three was the minimum expectation after two consecutive minor premierships and losing grand final appearances.
He said the Warriors were almost a month into their post-Christmas pre-season schedule.
“All signs have been good. We’ve had good numbers and our younger players have really set the standard on the training track,” Reichman said.
“It’s let the older guys relax a bit and it’s let them look to up the ante when the time comes. They can just manage their pre-season loads and kick on.
“You need a bit of luck but we’ve got the list to make top three.”
