The front door was forced open at the north end of the pavillion, causing $500 damage.
A black speaker box, Epson projector and a screen, valued at a total of $4000, were stolen from the main function room.
The offender placed two tables under the projector, which was mounted on the ceiling, and removed the item.
There was also an unsuccessful attempt to gain entry to the bar.
