Kellie Frankland-Saunders, 37, of Orchid Road, had pleaded guilty to eight charges in the koori division of the Portland Magistrates Court this week.
Those charges included three counts of driving while suspended, failing a drug test, refusing to provide blood after an accident, speeding and reckless conduct endangering serious injury.
She was being assessed for her suitability to undertake a community corrections order.
But, when it was revealed by a police officer in court that Frankland-Saunders was caught driving while disqualified on December 17 the case was further adjourned until February 13.
Frankland-Saunders has 18 pages of prior criminal convictions and 10 pages of driving offences.
Police said that about noon on January 19 last year Frankland-Saunders was driving an unregistered car north on the Princes Highway at Heathmere with her former partner a passenger in the car.
They argued and he accused her of sleeping with one of his friends.
Police said Frankland-Saunders intentionally drove erratically and then deliberately drove into a wire roadside barrier.
She and her ex-partner got out of the car and continued arguing until police officers arrived.
Frankland-Saunders admitted crashing on purpose and using ice the night before the accident.
She claimed to be suffering a sore chest and said she was not wearing a seatbelt when she crashed.
Frankland-Saunders was taken to the Portland Base Hospital but when requested to provide a blood sample she walked out of the hospital.
It's understood the case has now been mentioned in court seven times and the next hearing will be 12 months after she deliberately crashed.
