Ricky Gerrard, 19, previously of Browning Street, pleaded guilty to almost 20 charges in the Portland Magistrates Court including weapons offences, reckless conduct endangering serious injury, failing to stop when requested by police, driving while disqualified and breaching bail.
He was jailed for five months with 50 days spent in custody counted as already served.
Gerrard was also fined $1000 and banned from driving for two years.
Police said that on October 27 last year Gerrard was driving a green Ford sedan without number plates west on Portland's Edgar Street when he was noticed by police.
He was in the company of another unlicensed man who was driving a dark coloured Holden sedan.
Officers activated their emergency lights and the drivers accelerated heavily to escape in their vehciles.
Gerrard was doing between 115 and 125 km/h in a 60 zone and clocked on radar at 116km/h.
Police almost immediately stopped chasing.
A witness said the two fleeing cars went past the Bundarra Primary School and he was in fear for himself and his family due to their extreme speed.
The police officers saw the two cars soon after on Madeira Packet Road, they turned on their emergency lights again and the unlicensed drivers again fled.
That afternoon police caught up with Gerrard who said he didn't realise he was speeding, skidding around corners or being followed by police.
At 10.30am on an August morning last year Gerrard accused a woman of cheating on him, grabbed her by her ankles, pulled her from bed and her head banged on the floor before he pinned her down.
Gerrard grabbed a metal dog lead while talking about attempting self harm, he armed himself with a wooden stake and two knives and said he wanted to kill himself or be shot by police.
When officers arrived Gerrard was still armed with a knife when he approached a police officer and said: "Shoot me, shoot me".
When a police officer armed himself with a tazer, Gerrard said: “Shoot me with your gun not that thing".
Other charges related to repeatedly drive while banned during November last year.
