THIS week we’ve asked our readers to weigh in on a number of hot topics – and the results are in.
More than 57 per cent of respondents (or 75 people) in an online poll believe Upper House MP James Purcell should take on Member for South West Coast Roma Britnell at this year’s Victorian state election.
However, on Facebook both members copped criticism from some readers.
"I think they talk a lot but do very little,” said Ted Gay.
However, the results of a poll asking whether international drivers should undergo more testing was not so close.
In fact – in a landslide result – more than 94 per cent of respondents (84 people) believed they do.
“This is long overdue and the car hire businesses need to have restrictions on who they hire to also and be held accountable,” Colleen Witney said.
